Rendezvous Trails

Rider Ability: Easy/Intermediate

Our famous cross country ski trails create excellent singletrack riding during the warm months.  The Rendezvous Ski Trails are a great place to hike, run or mountain bike.  As you wind through the pine forest remember that you are sharing the trails with wild animals.  Make some noise, be aware, and be prepared.

Yellowstone National Park

Rider Ability: Easy

Cycling is allowed inYellowstone National Park during the summer season.  Please keep in mind that during the peak months of July and August, vehicle traffic is significant.  Early spring offers a unique opportunity to bike the park’s road system before it is open to the general public.  From mid-March to the third week in April, enjoy Yellowstone as few have seen it before.

Spring/Fall CycleTours

Spring Cycle Tour

Join us May 10, 2008 for the 11th Annual Spring Cycle Tour.  This 64 mile ride will take you “around the Block”.  The beautiful, but sometimes challenging ride follows the highways from West Yellowstone to Henry’s Lake, taking a right turn at Raynold’s Pass and cruising by Quake and Hebgen Lakes.  Support vehicles and five feed stations will help you on your way.

Fall Cycle Tour

Sign up now for the 10th Annual Fall Cycle Tour on October 6, 2007 to Old Faithful.  The 60 mile ride is a great way to wind down the cycle season.  Travel through the park in the fall, enjoy the fall colors and hear the elk bugle.  A portion of the proceeds from both rides are donated to the Yellowstone Park Foundation.

Women’s Ride

Join us once a week for an all women’s mountain bike ride.  Weekly rides are open to all levels of riders and we start the season out with easier rides and work up to more difficult ones.  These rides are a fun way to explore the trails with an experienced rider.  Meet us in the shop every Thursday at 9:00am beginning June 7, 2007.  Rides last anywhere from 1 to 3 hours.  Bring water, a snack, your helmet, and be ready to ride.  Call ahead if you need to rent a bike.
